 Paul is the latest member of the home staff team, joining as the Communications and Media Specialist in mid-August and based in the Auckland office.
Paul and his wife, Kate, are not new to the Baptist family. They both trained at Napier Baptist, completing Ministry Internships there through BCNZ after doing a short-term stint with YWAM in the late 1990s. Paul was called as Youth Pastor to Katikati Baptist, where he took over two years later as Senior Pastor. Over this time he worked on a degree in Media Studies through Massey and also Theology at Carey, stepping down from ministry to complete the latter in 2011. After a short hiatus travelling with their family, Paul and Kate have returned to New Zealand keen to see how God will use their journey to serve the Kingdom. They have three children: Caleb (10), Bethany (6) and Isaac (3). They are in the process of settling in Auckland.
