New Year greetings to you all, and thank you all for praying for our overseas workers over what has been a busy (and for many of our people, cold – coldest in Bangladesh for 10 years) Christmas period. Can I encourage you, as you set out to pray this year, to pray particularly for those who are on their way to becoming followers of Jesus who were touched in some way by the Christmas story? For example, the fellowship that Duncan and Maureen are part of hired the community hall for a Christmas celebration for people in the community. They expected 2,000 people to attend! In fact, in most of the places where our workers are located, there will have been very clear presentations of the true meaning of Christmas. We need to pray that those seeds of the Gospel will take root and grow! Your prayers are an important part in that happening.
